Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
